Accountability
Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)
As part of the Local Control Funding Formula, school districts, the county office of education, and charter schools are required to develop, adopt, and annually update a 3-year Local Control Accountability Plan. The LCAP describes how the district will spend the funds and its goals for improving student outcomes according to LCFF 8 State Priorities set by the State of California.

School Accountability Report Card (SARC)
A School Accountability Report Card (SARC) is required by the California Department of Education to be published by February of each year for the most recently completed school year for each school in the district. The profile provides information about the school and its students, including demographic data, school safety information, academic achievement data, school completion rates, class sizes, teacher and staff information, curriculum and instruction information, postsecondary preparation information, and fiscal and expenditure data.
California School Dashboard
The CA School Dashboard contains reports that display the performance of local educational agencies (LEAs), schools, and student groups on a set of state and local measures to assist in identifying strengths, challenges, and areas in need of improvement.
California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP)
The primary purpose of the CAASPP System is to assist teachers, administrators, students, and parents by promoting high-quality teaching and learning through the use of a variety of assessment approaches and item types.
The California Department of Education maintains consistently updated information for all public schools in California.
Charter Accountability
In May of 2002, Sartorette Elementary School was approved to become a dependent charter school. This offers the Sartorette community flexibility in the area of enrollment of students. Sartorette enrolls over 24% of its students from outside the Cambrian School District boundaries and allows options for individuals to be educated at Sartorette if they choose. As a dependent charter school, Farnham follows all of the Cambrian School District Board Policies and Procedures.
